Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger root (or ½ teaspoon ground ginger)

Instructions

  1. Heat 12 oz of filtered water to 175–185°F. If boiled, let cool for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Grate 1 tsp of fresh ginger and place into your teapot or mug.

  4. Pour heated water over the mixture, cover, and steep for exactly 4 minutes.
