Instructions
- Pour 16-20 oz of filtered water into a large glass or BPA-free bottle. Use room temperature or slightly warm water.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon finely ground Himalayan pink salt and stir for 30–45 seconds until fully dissolved.
- Add 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice for taste and vitamin C benefits.
- Add 1 teaspoon raw honey if desired and stir to combine.
- Stir the final mixture for 15–20 seconds. Ensure no salt crystals remain visible.
- Taste and adjust with optional ingredients like ginger juice or mint leaves if needed.
Notes
Use only authentic pink Himalayan salt or Celtic sea salt. Avoid hot water and processed table salt. Best consumed 15–30 minutes before meals for hydration and appetite support.
