- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- ¾ cup chopped artichoke hearts (optional)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- Optional: diced jalapeños, red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Mix softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth. Add spinach, garlic, green onions, and seasonings. Mix well.
- Combine cheddar, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses in a separate bowl.
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line two baking sheets with parchment or silicone mats.
- Drop tablespoons of cheese mixture on sheets, flatten slightly. Add small spoonful of spinach mixture on top.
- Bake 8-10 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on baking sheet 3-4 minutes before transferring to rack.
